Senior Children's Residential Support Worker

Salary

£37,270 - £41,542, assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep-ins per month.

Role Overview

Working in our Children’s Homes involves being part of the young people's daily lives, supporting them through their high and low moments. Our shift leaders help young people reclaim their childhood and develop pathways to become well-rounded adults. The role offers challenges but also the reward of small victories that make a big difference.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth running of daily activities and support young people's development.
  • Support and supervise staff, maintaining high standards within the home.
  • Build strong relationships with young people, demonstrating compassion, resilience, and leadership.
