Job summary

Compass Community is seeking a dynamic Registered Manager to lead a children’s home, ensuring outstanding care, safety and positive role modeling. You will manage staff, drive quality, and uphold Ofsted standards while fostering a family-like home environment.

The role offers a competitive base salary (£49,268 - £56,768) with potential annual bonuses up to £18,000 and a relocation package of up to £5,000 for those relocating to join the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential care for children.
• At least 2 years in supervising and managing staff.
• NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
