Job summary

The Arts Club Limited in London welcomes applications for a frontline hospitality role at our Mayfair venue. You will greet members and guests, present menus, and ensure a warm, personalised dining experience across breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.

We seek motivated individuals with excellent communication, attention to detail, and a professional, polished appearance who enjoy delivering exceptional service and learning in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome by greeting members and guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
• Follow guidance from senior staff and answer questions about menu items and dietary requirements; suggest recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders and provide attentive, personalised service during breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
• Support junior staff to clean and set up dining areas and maintain service standards.

With our luxurious 16 rooms and suites we offer the highest service standards. As one of London's top live music venues, the Club is a creative hub where 6 home produced bands and headline acts including Red Hot Chilli Peppers and The Jacksons have performed. We are currently looking for top talent to come and join our team and share this unique and luxury setting in Mayfair.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm welcome by greeting our members, present menus, and explain daily specials
• Follow the instruction and guidance from the Chef de Rang/Head Waiter and answer questions related to menu items, dietary requirements and suggest recommendations
• Take food and beverage orders, and provide an attentive and personalised level of service during breakfast and or lunch, afternoon tea and dinner providing a memorable and delightful experience for our Members and their guests
• Support commis waiters to clean and set up the dining areas, refill service areas according to the departments standards

Entry Requirements:

We are searching for highly motivated and experienced individuals, who have worked in a similar role. You will be an excellent and confident communicator with exceptional people skills.
