Green & Fortune is seeking a Senior Chef De Partie to join at One Southwark Bridge, London. You will lead the hospitality kitchen, work with the Sous Chef, and drive exceptional dining experiences for executive events and conferences.

You will manage menus, maintain top quality, and mentor a talented team in a fast-paced environment, upholding safety and presentation standards across all services.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience within premium hospitality, corporate dining, luxury hotels or high-end events.
• Proven track record delivering exceptional food under pressure.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Experience with stock control, food costing and waste management.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP and allergen compliance.

• Deliver exceptional food for meetings, conferences, executive dining and hospitality events.
• Develop seasonal menus using fresh ingredients.
• Maintain outstanding presentation and consistency across services.
• Drive creativity while ensuring commercial performance.
