Green & Fortune Ltd. in London is seeking an experienced Senior Chef De Partie to lead a high-performing kitchen at One Southwark Bridge. You will work closely with the Sous Chef to deliver premium, Executive dining and large-scale corporate events with an emphasis on quality and guest experience.

You will coach junior chefs, champion seasonal menus, and uphold the highest standards of safety, presentation and efficiency in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in premium hospitality settings.
• Ability to manage kitchen operations and lead teams.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience with stock control, food costing and waste management.
• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP and allergen compliance.
