The Senior Chef de Partie at Soho House in the United Kingdom leads a busy kitchen section with precision and care. You will prepare, cook, and present dishes to meet the club's high standards while supporting the Sous and Head Chef during peak service periods.

Committed to food safety, allergy controls, and HACCP compliance, you will mentor junior staff, participate in tastings, and help develop menus and training. A positive team player with 2+ years' experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar capacity.
• Passion for food, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Culinary qualification is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to high standards.
• Support Sous Chef and Head Chef during service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, allergy, hygiene, and HACCP.
• Lead mise en place and prep for service.
• Mentor Commis and Demi Chefs de Partie.
• Attend daily tastings and menu briefings.
• Assist in training and development of junior staff.
• Contribute to deep cleaning and proper storage after service.
