Job summary

Legends Global is redefining excellence in sport, entertainment and live events. The Executive Chef leads culinary operations across the Coventry venue, delivering exceptional food quality, presentation and service across restaurants, hospitality areas, and events.

You will develop innovative, commercially relevant menus while upholding strict food safety standards. You will build and mentor a high-performing chef brigade, optimise procurement and inventory, and ensure efficient kitchen

Qualifications

• Experience leading culinary operations in a high-volume venue or stadium.
• Strong leadership and people management track record.
• Extensive F&B knowledge, safety and health compliance.
• Excellent cross-departmental communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business systems.
• Experience managing budgets, food GP, labour costs and stock control.
• Experience in a stadium, arena, conference centre or large events venue.
• Advanced culinary or hospitality management qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations across all venue outlets ensuring quality and consistency.
• Develop and deliver innovative, commercially driven menus.
• Maintain food safety and health and safety standards.
• Oversee procurement, stock control and inventory planning.
• Develop and mentor the chef brigade and event-day teams.
