You will prepare, cook and present dishes with British and Western Mediterranean influences, lead junior chefs, and maintain rigorous hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a 40-hour work week, £38,000 per year, 28 days holiday, lieu days, a share of service charge, a pension, and real opportunities to progress to Junior

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Flexible, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Committed to delivering excellent customer service and food quality.
• Must be able to commute to central London daily as live-in is not available.

Aufgaben

• Support breakfast service twice a week and cover holidays for the Breakfast Chef.
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes based on British and Western Mediterranean cuisine.
• Manage and train junior chefs.
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Monitor portion sizes and waste to optimise profit.
• Assist with menu development and maintain consistency in food quality.
