Copthorne Hotel Newcastle, part of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, seeks a Senior Chef de Partie to join its professional kitchen brigade. You will work across restaurant and banqueting operations, delivering high-quality dishes and mentoring junior staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie, ideally in a hotel.
