Job summary

Millennium Hotels UK/EU - Careers is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie for the Copthorne Hotel Newcastle. You will lead a section, maintain high standards and contribute to delivering exceptional dishes for both restaurant and banqueting services.

Applicants should have Chef de Partie experience, a passion for quality food, and the ability to perform under pressure in a busy hotel kitchen. This role offers training and clear career progression within a global hotel group.

Salary : £29,328 pa
