The role

Due to our unique concept, menus change regularly, offering continual development of your skills and knowledge across different cooking styles.

As a Senior Chef de Partie at Six by Nico, you will:

• Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chefs in the daily running of the kitchen, maintaining high food safety standards
• Run a section during service; sections will rotate for your development
• Have a good understanding of food, modern preparation techniques, and food safety
• Deliver first-class service
• Maintain a positive attitude and multitask effectively
• Organize efficiently and work well under pressure
