Thomas Franks is seeking a Senior Chef De Partie for a 52-week, full-time position at our Hereford location. This role involves working in a busy, 32.5-hour-per-week kitchen serving pupils and staff with fresh, seasonally changing menus.
You will lead a small team, ensure high standards, and manage food cost while maintaining brand guidelines. DBS and right to work in the UK are required.
A co-educational specialist residential college of further education based in the English city of Hereford. Catering for around 100 students and teachers. We offers a Delivered breakfast, lunch and Supper. This is a Monday to Sunday operation with lots of hospitality. Additional benefits of this location is free parking and discounted gym membership for on-site facilities.

You will have previous experience of working within a fast-paced kitchen at CDP or junior sous chef level.
