Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is seeking a Banqueting Senior Chef de Partie to lead a section of the banqueting kitchen and deliver exceptional dishes for events. You will ensure smooth operations, uphold Nobu standards and contribute creative ideas to the menu.

• Experience as a Banqueting Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or premium restaurant.
• Strong technical cooking skills and a passion for delivering outstanding cuisine.
• Organised and detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen.

As a Banqueting Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding dishes for our banqueting and events service. You will ensure your section runs smoothly and to the highest standards, while contributing to the creativity, precision and excellence that define Nobu. Working collaboratively with your team, you will support in maintaining a clean, safe and inspiring kitchen environment.
