ABOUT THE ROLE

A nationally recognised and major UK consultancy is seeking a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to lead the expansion of of their newly established Leeds office, delivering high-quality building consultancy services to existing and new clients. Collaborate with the Leeds Director and team to align services with strategic goals.

• Business Development:
  Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Leeds region.
  Network effectively with clients.
• Financial Performance:
  Achieve fee targets in alignment with the Director.
  Support regional income growth.
• Leadership and Innovation:
  Provide high-quality technical services.
  Inspire and mentor team members.
  Prioritise work effectively for quality and well-being.
• Knowledge and Innovation:
  Stay informed about commercial property challenges and market trends.
  Utilize technology skills and embrace innovation in business development

REQUIREMENTS

• MRICS 3 years PQE
• Experience in various Chartered Building Surveyor disciplines
• Ability to work as a team and nurture client relationships.
• Highly motivated with the ability to manage own workload.
