Chartered Building Surveyor | MRICS | Leeds-Based Projects |Full-Time

A leading UK consultancy is looking for aChartered or Experienced Building Surveyor to join their expandingteam based in Leeds. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct building inspectionsand provide expert advice on the design, construction, maintenance,and refurbishment of various property types
• Carry outacquisition surveys, condition reports, defect analysis, and measuredsurveys
• Prepare detailed reports, schedules of works, andtechnical specifications
• Lead and deliver large-scaleprojects independently, ensuring all work complies with currentstandards and regulations
• Administer contracts and overseeconstruction works
• Apply and advise on key legislationincluding CDM 2015, party wall matters, planning, and buildingregulations
• Support and mentor APC candidates, contributingto professional development across the team
• Promote theconsultancy’s services to clients and stakeholders, supportingbusiness development initiatives

What We’reLooking For:

• Strong experience in defect diagnosis, technical reportwriting, and contract administration
• Background inresidential surveying and insurance repair projects is highlydesirable
• Confident managing complex projects, budgets, anddeadlines
• Excellent working knowledge of industry standards,regulations, and consultancy procedures
• Strong IT,mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication,leadership, and negotiation abilities
