As an Associate Building Surveyor, you'll be involved in significant projects across various sectors, leading multidisciplinary teams and supporting your growth and career development.

Your Purpose:

• Managing refurbishment, improvement, and modernisation projects, including feasibility studies, specifications, estimates, statutory approvals, and contract administration.
• Working mainly in Devon and Cornwall, sometimes further afield.
• Applying standard building contract forms like JCT and NEC.
• Bringing 2-3 years of post-chartership experience in Building Surveying, with knowledge of professional services.
• Mentoring and training surveyors, supporting junior staff, and developing new business opportunities.

What can you bring:

• A B.Sc. (Hons) in Building Surveying or equivalent RICS accredited degree.
• Chartered status is essential or highly desirable.
• Strong technical surveying knowledge and experience managing clients and projects.
• Skills in drafting technical documents and understanding health, safety, and statutory compliance.
• Specialist skills in areas like Dilapidations, Party Wall, Fire Risk, Access Assessments.
