We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Band 7 Senior Charge Nurse/Practitioner to lead and manage the Peri-operative team at the Ophthalmology Theatre and Day Case Unit within the National Treatment Centre - Highland (NTC-H).
The NTC-H is a modern, purpose-built facility located on the City’s University Campus, designed to deliver exceptional care for Ophthalmology and Orthopaedic patients. It features 5 theatres, a 24-bed ward, and a dedicated Ophthalmology Outpatient Department. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding team.
In this role, you will lead and support high-volume cataract surgery lists and have opportunities to broaden your expertise in other ophthalmic areas, including surgical retinal, glaucoma, oculoplastic, and cataract surgery.
This position offers a chance for an experienced nurse or practitioner to take on a key leadership role and impact patient care positively.
