Job summary

Network IT is seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead and shape business change across transformation programmes. You'll work with senior leaders and project teams to deliver change, realise benefits and build lasting organisational change capability.

The role is a 6-month contract in Taunton, hybrid with 2 days onsite. Eligibility for SC Clearance is required; experience in government/defence environments and strong stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering change management in complex transformation programmes
• Proven ability to manage change activity, impacts, risks, adoption and benefits realisation within project governance
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing at senior levels
• Experience designing, planning and delivering change initiatives alongside other programmes
• Demonstrable experience of continuous improvement and benefits realisation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working across complex, matrixed organisations (public sector / defence)
• Customer-focused approach to change
• Active SC Clearance or in-scope clearance advantageous

Youll work with senior leaders, programme and project teams to deliver successful change, realise benefits and build lasting organisational change capability. We are looking for an individual who can lead the design and delivery of change management across complex transformation programmes and projects. Engage, influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across internal and external networks. You must be eligible for SC Clearance to be considered for this role, active SC and a government / public sector / defence background would be beneficial. Role: Senior Change Manager Duration: 6 Months Rate: £590/600 per day Status: Inside IR35 Location: Taunton Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite

Essential experience

• Significant experience, delivering change management in complex transformation programmes or projects,
• Proven experience managing change activity, impacts, risks, issues, adoption and benefits realisation within project governance.
• Strong experience of stakeholder engagement and influencing, including at senior level.
• Experience designing, planning and delivering change initiativesalongside other programmes and business activity.
• Demonstrable experience of continuous improvement and benefits realisation.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working collaboratively across complex, matrixed organisations (public sector / government / defence).
• A customer focused approach to change.
• Qualified in change, something like APMG / PROCSI / CmiD / MSP / APM / Lean Six Sigma Background in government, working on cross-government change initiatives.
• Active SC Clearance, or a lapsed SC clearance would be beneficial for onboarding speed.
