Cancer Research UK is seeking an experienced Senior Business Change Manager to lead the people side of change across cyber security, data and AI initiatives. You will identify impacts, build engagement and deliver strategies to ensure colleagues are ready and confident in adopting new ways of working.

This fixed-term, full-time role is based in Stratford with high flexibility (typically 2 days in the office). Salary £58,000–£64,000 per annum plus benefits, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Significant experience of delivering data and technology change in large-scale transformation programmes.
• Extensive experience leading the development, delivery, evaluation and iteration of change management plans with successful adoption.
• Demonstrable expert knowledge of applying business change principles, frameworks, tools and techniques to achieve outcomes.
• Significant stakeholder engagement and influencing experience at all levels to gain buy-in for change.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex information simply to diverse audiences.
• Ability to navigate organisational complexity within data and technology delivery and link to broader business transformation.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with attention to planning, risk and dependencies.

Responsabilités

• Define, develop and deliver a shared change management plan in line with collective outcomes.
• Conduct robust change impact and readiness assessments across the current landscape.
• Create persona groups to inform change planning across the organisation.
• Design the required change management interventions to embed changes, working with each programme and focusing on people, mindset and culture.
• Prepare the organisation for changes, working with the programme team to evaluate and iterate the change plan through delivery.
• Influence senior stakeholders at all levels to drive behaviour change in support of the plan.
• Drive the consistent application of Prosci ADKAR methodology throughout the change lifecycle.
• Enable handover of plans and capability, supporting the transition into BAU and continuous improvement.
