Dementia UK is seeking a Senior Challenge Events Manager to provide strategic leadership for a growing challenge events programme in London. You will lead a team of ten through two Challenge Events Managers, driving income growth from £4 million to £6 million over five years and shaping the fundraising strategy.

The role emphasizes long-term strategy, innovation, data-driven decisions and digital marketing campaigns, including Meta platforms, with hybrid working and a Basic DBS check.

• Senior fundraising leader with track record of growing income
• Experience managing high-performing teams (including managers)
• Strong strategic, commercial and analytical capabilities
• Experience delivering digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Meta) to drive participation and income
