Job summary

Civil Works Alliance is seeking a senior quality and certification lead to own and drive the Certification & Handover process for Sizewell C. You will coordinate across delivery streams, ensure comprehensive documentation, and lead digital progressive assurance using Field View to achieve Right First Time outcomes.

You will prepare executive reports, manage audits and improvements in a highly regulated environment, and mentor teams to sustain certification readiness across complex infrastructure

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert in progressive assurance, lifecycle records and certification in regulated environments.
• Proficient with Field View and digital progressive assurance tools and dashboards.
• Strong quality leadership with ability to coordinate across delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to prepare and present reports and executive summaries to directors and regulators.
• Solid understanding of ITP structures, verification and handover workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, implementation and continuous improvement of the CWA Certification & Handover Process.
• Oversee planning, production, assurance and submission of all certification deliverables.
• Drive use of Field View as the digital progressive assurance system across streams.
• Provide senior leadership, direction and coaching to teams.
• Engage with Sizewell C client reps, regulators and partners with clear progress reporting.
• Ensure ITPs and verification data are complete and compliant.
• Lead investigations and improvements related to certification and documentation.
