Job summary

Sizewell C Limited is seeking a Certification & Handover Lead to oversee end‑to‑end strategy, coordination and delivery of progressive assurance and asset handover across the Civil Works Alliance (CWA). You will manage certification packages, ensure evidence of compliance and drive data quality using Field View.

You will lead a team of records quality managers and engineers, collaborate with delivery teams, supply chain partners and regulators to ensure timely, compliant handover for SZC.

Qualifications

• Experience in nuclear or highly regulated projects.
• Proven ability to lead certification, records management and progressive assurance.
• Ability to prepare reports, dashboards and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, implementation and continuous improvement of the CWA Certification & Handover Process.
• Oversee planning, production, assurance and submission of certification deliverables (LTQRs, CSPs, ECSRs).
• Drive use of Field View for digital progressive assurance and data reporting.
• Provide senior leadership and coaching to the team of records quality managers and engineers.
• Engage with Delivery Directors, client representatives, suppliers and regulators.
• Ensure records, traceability data and assurance evidence are complete and compliant.
• Lead investigations, corrective actions and improvement activities.
• Promote Right-First-Time culture and robust documentation discipline.
