Job summary

Civil Works Alliance is seeking a Certification & Handover Lead to own the end-to-end progressive assurance strategy for Sizewell C. You will lead certification, evidence generation and asset handover across delivery streams, guiding a team of records quality managers and records engineers.

This senior role requires nuclear or highly regulated project experience, expertise in Field View, and the ability to present progress to Directors and regulators.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expertise in progressive assurance and records management for regulated environments.
• Strong leadership to drive compliance and Right First Time culture.
• Ability to deliver high-quality reports and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and continuous improvement of certification and handover processes.
• Oversee production and submission of certification deliverables and handover certificates.
• Drive data integrity in Field View and ensure reliable reporting across streams.
• Coach and develop the records quality team and coordinate with delivery partners.
• Engage with SZC client representatives, regulators and suppliers on progress and risks.
