Job summary

Altura Search in London is seeking a Senior CDM Consultant to join its Health & Safety / CDM team. You will provide specialist CDM and Principal Designer advice to clients and project teams throughout the design and construction lifecycle.

You will work with architects, designers, engineers, contractors and clients to embed health and safety in the design, helping teams identify, eliminate and manage risks. The role requires strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and senior advisory skills.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015.
• Experience advising across complex projects with clients, designers and contractors.
• Good understanding of design risk management and prevention principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist CDM and Principal Designer advice to clients and project teams throughout the design and construction lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, contractors and clients to ensure health and safety is integrated into the design process.
• Identify, eliminate and manage risks to improve project outcomes.

A leading global consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior CDM Consultant to join its growing Health & Safety / CDM team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CDM professional looking to take the next step in their career within a large, multidisciplinary consultancy, working across a diverse portfolio of complex construction and infrastructure projects.

The Role?

As a Senior CDM Consultant, you will provide specialist CDM and Principal Designer advice to clients and project teams throughout the design and construction lifecycle.

You will work closely with architects, designers, engineers, contractors and clients to ensure health and safety is effectively considered throughout the design process, helping project teams identify, eliminate and manage risks.

About You?

• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015
• Experience working with clients, designers and contractors across complex projects
• A good understanding of design risk management and the principles of prevention
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to confidently advise clients and influence design teams
• NEBOSH Construction / NEBOSH Diploma Advantageous
• Membership of IOSH and APS preferred
