Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant to support CDM and broader construction safety services across a diverse project portfolio.

You will embed risk management throughout the lifecycle, especially during design and delivery, and lead safety considerations in collaboration with design teams. The role requires experience in CDM / construction safety, proficiency in CDM Regulations 2015, and the ability to perform Principal Designer duties across RIBA Stages 3–5, with strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Proven CDM / construction safety experience in a consultancy or client environment.
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and practical impact on projects.
• Experience delivering Principal Designer duties across RIBA stages 3–5.
• Ability to interpret design information and identify health and safety risks.
• Excellent communication with designers, contractors and clients.
• Capacity to manage workload across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of CDM tasks and outputs across allocated projects.
• Maintain quality and consistency of CDM documentation.
• Communicate risks clearly to project stakeholders and teams.
• Build trusted working relationships with internal teams and clients.
• Contribute to safe and compliant project outcomes.
• Support integration of safety considerations in design and delivery.
