ScottishPower, part of the Iberdrola Group, is recruiting a Senior Database and Analysis Manager in Blantyre. You will lead end-to-end CCAI design and deployment within the telesales environment, optimise performance, and drive commercial outcomes with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on data engineering, secure data flows, and embedding AI-driven insights into sales operations, with a fixed-term contract of up to 9 months and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Proven CCAI delivery experience in telesales operations.
• Advanced data engineering, real-time data processing and data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with telephony systems, IVR, speech analytics.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear commercial outcomes for senior stakeholders.
• Background in retail energy, telecoms, or other high-volume sales environments is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to deliver at pace in a live operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CCAI implementation within the telesales environment to enable rapid deployment and measurable commercial impact.
• Tune models, optimize call-flow logic, and establish monitoring to maximise sales conversion and customer experience.
• Integrate CCAI with Sales Operations by embedding AI-driven insights into day-to-day processes.
• Identify new internal call data sources to deliver sales while reducing channel costs.
• Oversee secure data pipelines from call-centre platforms into analytics and reporting environments.
• Produce documentation and handover packs to ensure sustainable ownership post-contract.
