Job summary

ScottishPower, part of the Iberdrola Group, is seeking a Senior Database and Analysis Manager to lead the end-to-end design, configuration and operationalisation of Call Centre Artificial Intelligence within the telesales environment. You will optimise performance, develop data pipelines and embed AI-driven insights into Sales operations.

The role emphasises rapid deployment, measurable commercial impact and collaboration with Sales, QA and Training teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering CCAI or conversational AI in telesales.
• Strong data architecture and real-time data processing skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of telephony systems or speech analytics is advantageous.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial outcomes for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and deployment of CCAI in telesales.
• Tune models and call-flow logic to maximise sales and efficiency.
• Integrate AI insights into day-to-day sales processes with leadership.
• Identify new internal data sources to reduce costs and improve outcomes.
• Oversee secure data pipelines from call-centre platforms to analytics.
