Job summary

ScottishPower, part of the Iberdrola Group, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Blantyre with hybrid working. You will own supplier governance, payments, and procurement admin across UK Operations while supporting budget management and governance.

Strong data skills and stakeholder engagement are essential. You will develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel, identify process improvements, and help ensure timely month-end and planning cycles.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities; accurate data translation into insights.
• Experience with governance, supplier payments, procurement administration and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier governance, payments and procurement administration across UK Operations.
• Manage supplier onboarding, master data, and purchase order controls.
• Oversee supplier payment governance and invoice queries; support supplier self-serve in portal.
• Produce financial and operational reports using Excel and Power BI for decision making.
• Lead a small team to meet month-end, year-end and planning deadlines.
