Job summary

Step Forward is seeking a part-time Senior CBT Practitioner & Wellbeing Worker to deliver direct clinical work with young people aged 11-25 and provide senior supervision. The role includes contributing to service development and working across Tower Hamlets with voluntary and statutory partners.

You will supervise trainees and CBT staff, provide senior CBT guidance, and support wellbeing initiatives. This is a valued, multi-disciplinary role in a small charity committed to inclusive services.

Qualifications

• Qualified CBT practitioner with BABCP accreditation in progress
• Experience providing 1:1 CBT and wellbeing support in schools or youth settings
• Experience supervising CBT staff and trainees

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to trainee/s and CBT staff
• Provide senior level CBT support/guidance to the wider team
• Deliver CBT support to young people with anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD and other anxiety disorders
• Collaborate with Therapeutic Service Lead to develop CBT provision and service quality across the organisation
