Job summary

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Wellbeing Practitioner to join MHSTs across Surrey and North East Hampshire. The role includes delivering CBT-based interventions to children and families, providing school consultations, and supporting trainees through supervision and training.

Qualifications

• CYP-MH Post-Graduate Diploma or Certificate (CWP/EMHP) with two years post qualification experience by January 2027.
• Accredited as EMHP or CWP and complete the SWP course at the University of Southampton starting January 2027.
• Must possess substantive knowledge and experience of wellbeing delivery within education settings and CBT/Low Intensity CBT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based 1-1 and group mental health interventions for CYP and families.
• Provide advice and consultation to schools and contribute to whole-school approaches to mental health.
• Support trainees and CWPs/EMHPs through joint working, supervision and skills development.
