Searcys seeks an experienced hospitality leader to drive guest experience and manage diverse catering operations within a historic setting. You will lead, develop and implement growth strategies while maintaining the brand's legacy and ensuring financial targets are met.

You will oversee events, restaurants and venue hire, working with a team to deliver exceptional service and profitability in a prestigious environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of management or leadership experience with demonstrable success in leading others.
• Senior management experience within hospitality and events.
• Experience in managing a profitable P&L.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Understand the guest and how to efficiently manage the guests’ expectations.
• To have a great front of house presence, be a leader and inspire your team.
• Work closely with your team to uphold the companies legacy and brand.
• Fully understands and articulates the financial targets.
• Establish and maintain realistic budgets and identify ways to improve profitability.
• Effectively manage cost controls and ensure budgets are carefully adhered to.
• To demonstrate an up to date in depth understanding of the Events and Restaurants industry.
• Identifies business opportunities that have the greatest potential return on investment and are consistent with the company goals and brand.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external individuals and groups.
