Job summary

Searcys is seeking an inspiring Deputy Head of Catering to lead the Inner Temple team. Based in central London, you will oversee high-end events, including members events, hall lunches, and Pegasus Restaurant, while upholding the company legacy and brand.

You will manage budgets, develop growth strategies, recruit and train staff, and foster strong relations with the Inn’s governance and membership in a historic institutional setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management or leadership experience in hospitality/events.
• Senior management experience within hospitality and events sectors.
• Proven track record in achieving sales and performance targets.
• Ability to develop growth and innovation strategies.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, develop and implement growth strategies for catering operations.
• Oversee guest experience, events, lunches, venue hire and Pegasus Restaurant.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and recruit/train staff.
• Maintain strong relationships with the Inn’s governing body and membership.
• Control costs, budgets and profitability while upholding brand standards.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and service across events.
