The role requires deep experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management and cross-functional leadership within a complex manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience including strategic sourcing/commodity management.
• Procurement experience in an ERP-driven manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-region teams to analyze spend and implement spend management strategies.
• Benchmark commodity market conditions and supplier capabilities.
• Negotiate contracts with strategic suppliers to maximize value.
• Develop and implement supplier base strategies and performance reviews.
• Ensure documentation and compliance across local and international regulations.
