Job summary

LSEG Group Procurement in the United Kingdom is seeking a procurement professional to own key category spends, lead sourcing and SRM, and partner with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives. The role supports governance, risk management, and a transformation roadmap to deliver year-on-year value.

Experience in Technology Services procurement is helpful; a degree and MCIPS/IAACM are desirable. This is a full-time role based in London with a broad, global impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement / category management essential.
• Experience in Technology Services procurement desirable but not essential.
• Educated to degree level.
• Procurement / supply operation qualification (e.g., MCIPS or IAACM) desirable.
• Experience in similar industry and senior stakeholder engagement (C-level) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Owns a L3 category of spend and accountability for spend, sourcing, SRM and business partnering.
• Develops and owns a dynamic Category Strategy.
• Supports people development for senior buyers within the category.
• Acts as business partner to stakeholders on requirements gathering, negotiations and procurement aspects of projects.
• Manages risk and ensures governance, risk management and controls per policies.
• Contributes to the wider procurement strategy and transformation roadmap.
