G2 Legal Limited in Manchester City Centre (Hybrid) is seeking a senior solicitor to lead our nationally recognised Catastrophic Injury team. You will manage high-value defendant cases across motor, employers' liability and public liability claims within a top-tier, insurer-facing practice.

This senior role requires a qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with strong technical expertise and a proven background in catastrophic injury matters.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with strong technical expertise in defendant catastrophic injury matters.
• Experience leading high-value, complex catastrophic injury cases including motor, employers' liability and public liability claims.
• Proven track record in managing and developing a high-performing litigation team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, high-value catastrophic injury cases.
• Oversee case strategy, risk management and client communications.
• Collaborate with insurers and internal stakeholders to deliver optimal outcomes.
• Mentor and develop junior solicitors within the team.
