Job summary

Bydand Recruitment Group is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor – Catastrophic Injury in Manchester. The role targets NQ+ PQE and offers exposure to high-value RTA, EL/PL and catastrophic injuries.

You will manage your own caseload while backing senior associates on complex litigation, with hybrid working and opportunities across insurer and self-insured clients. Strong drafting, analytical skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience handling RTA, EL/PL or broader personal injury litigation matters.
• Exposure to litigated claims, fast-track or multi-track.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

• Genuine interest in serious and catastrophic injury litigation.
