Job summary

crooton in Hitchin is seeking a Senior Carer for a night shift role in a residential care setting. You will lead the care team, delegating duties, supervising and mentoring colleagues while supporting medication administration and stock management.

You will update care plans and risk assessments, liaise with GPs, district nurses and families, and create a warm, welcoming environment that respects residents' dignity and preferences. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is highly desirable.
• Experience as Senior Carer in a Care Home setting (Ideally residential).
• Medication Trained
