Job summary

Crooton is seeking a Senior Carer for night shifts in Cambridgeshire. You will lead the care team, supervise and mentor staff, and support medication administration and stock management.

You will update care plans, perform risk assessments, and liaise with GPs, district nurses and families to ensure high-quality care. The role requires experience as a Senior Carer in a care home; NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is highly desirable, with NVQ Level 2 considered based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Career in a Care Home setting (ideally residential).
• NVQ Level 3 / Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is highly desirable.
• Medication trained; NVQ Level 2 may be considered depending on experience.

Hours: 33 hours per week - Nights - 8pm to 8am OR Bank hours

Salary: £15.49 per hour

Location: Melbourn, Cambridgeshire,SG8 6FY

Your Role

• Experience working as a Senior Carer in a Care Home setting (Ideally residential)
• NVQ Level 3 / Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care (highly desirable) - Candidates with NVQ Level 2 may be considered depending on experience
