Hours: 36 hours per week - Days (8am - 8pm)
Salary: £14.21 per hour
Location: Dudley, DY1 3EA
As a Senior Care Assistant at our client's care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable the delivery of quality, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You will also support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll always respect the dignity and preferences of our residents and contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.
You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join as a Senior Care Assistant. Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly is also required. We seek warm-hearted, compassionate individuals committed to providing personalized care and support.
