Job summary

Onecare-UK Ltd is a Homecare and supported living service provider delivering quality care across London. We seek a Senior Care Worker who is organised, reliable and a team player to support service users in their homes and in supported living units.

The role requires leadership of care operations, rostering, supervising staff, documenting care plans, liaising with Care Supervisors, and ensuring compliance with CQC standards. Three years' experience and English level B2 are essential.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in health and social care.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Ability to plan, organise and work under pressure.
• Ability to lead effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and supervise day-to-day care operations in homecare and supported living units.
• Liaise with Care Supervisors to review and update care plans and risk assessments.
• Lead introductory visits and ensure staff competence through shadowing.
• Monitor service users and ensure accurate documentation and records.
• Manage medication and respond to complaints from service users.
• Assist with rota management and on-call duties.
• Support staff development and oversee care and support plans updates.
• Maintain safety, health, and safety compliance per CQC standards.
