Care 2 U Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Care Worker to support the Team Leader/Care Manager in day-to-day management of our care services. You will supervise staff, uphold high standards of care, and ensure service users receive safe, person-centred support.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. A driving licence is preferred for travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in care sector.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to organise and time-manage effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support the Team Leader/Care Manager in daily operation and organisation of care services.
• Supervise healthcare staff to maintain high-quality care and standards.
• Identify knowledge gaps and provide guidance to staff.
• Attend team meetings, supervisions and service user reviews.
• Ensure care records and documentation are completed accurately.
