Job summary

crooton in Wilton, Wiltshire is seeking a Senior Carer to lead the care team in a residential care home. You will delegate duties, supervise staff, support medication administration, and manage stock.

You''ll update care plans and risk assessments, liaise with GPs, district nurses, and families, and create a warm environment that respects residents'' dignity and preferences. NVQ3 desirable; NVQ2 may be considered with experience.

Qualifications

• Senior Carer experience in a Care Home setting (ideally residential).
• NVQ Level 3 health & social care desirable; NVQ2 may be considered with experience.
• Medication trained; experience with care plans and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the care team: delegate duties, supervise and mentor.
• Support medication administration and stock management.
