Job summary

Find. is seeking a Team Leader for a care home on the outskirts of Swindon. The role is hands-on, leading the care team to provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents and to support colleagues with motivation and guidance.

The post requires an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, plus strong communication and leadership abilities. CHAPs training is available within the first 12 months for those without the qualification.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent – essential.
• Hands-on approach and genuine passion for providing high-quality elderly care.
• Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.
• Medication experience is beneficial but training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and motivate colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Work alongside the care team to ensure residents receive dignity and compassion.
• Support and guide a team while remaining actively involved in resident care.
• Contribute to leadership development and progression opportunities within the home.
