Job summary

Nazareth Care Charitable Trust is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents with daily needs and personal care in a respectful, dignified manner.

You will assist with washing, dressing and hygiene, provide emotional support, and work as part of a friendly team, demonstrating patience, kindness and excellent communication at all times. It is desirable to hold an S/NVQ Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or be willing to undertake the training to achieve this standard.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain an S/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Adults) or similar qualification.
• Ability to provide emotional support and maintain residents' dignity.
• Good communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities
