Job summary

Prime Life is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead the care team at Chestnut House, Marton, Lincolnshire. You’ll ensure high-quality care and support for residents with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.

Role emphasizes patient, respectful engagement, with full training provided and opportunities to progress within the Quality Matters framework. DBS is fully funded, with holiday pay and a refer-a-friend bonus scheme available.

Qualifications

• Genuine caring nature and a desire to make a real difference for residents.
• Prior experience as a Support worker or Care Assistant is desirable but not essential.
• Full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the care team to ensure high-quality care for residents.
• Review and implement care plans with regular assessment and evaluation.
• Engage with residents respectfully, considering their dignity and communication differences.
• Administer and record medications with accurate monitoring.
• Preserve and promote each resident’s dignity and independence.
• Encourage residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life.
• Support residents in daily living discussions and personal care.
