Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Senior Care Assistant role
• Strong communication skills for leading and coordinating the care team
• Commitment to compassionate, person-centred care
• Care Certificate completion included in induction
• Availability for a range of shifts including night

Responsibilities

• Lead the care team on duty, ensuring daily activities are carried out to a high standard
• Provide personal care and support to elderly residents
