Advinia is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead care teams in our Wakefield facilities. You will work closely with Nurses or Deputy Manager to ensure high-quality resident care with dignity and compassion.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent, with proven experience in a similar role.
• Ability to lead and develop a care team, promoting high standards of resident care.
