Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care within a busy urgent care environment. You will assist in ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and compassionate care while contributing to the smooth running of the service and supporting the achievement of both local and national standards. The successful candidate will undertake a structured training and development programme, including mandatory training, competency-based assessments, and in-house development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
