Job summary

Your Home Care Group is seeking an experienced Senior Care Supervisor to lead our Mansfield branch care team. Most time is spent out in the field with carers, shadowing new starters, performing spot checks, and observing competencies on real visits to ensure high-quality care.

You'll decide when a new carer is ready for unsupervised work, coordinate with the office, and escalate issues promptly. The Mansfield branch is rated Outstanding by the CQC, reflecting our commitment to excellent

Qualifications

• Experience in home care, ideally as a senior carer.
• Confident supporting and assessing other carers.
• A driving licence and your own car.
• The right to work in the UK.

We are looking for an experienced carer to join our Mansfield branch as a Senior Care Supervisor. Most of your time is spent out in the field with our carers rather than at a desk: shadowing new starters until they are ready to work on their own, carrying out spot checks, and observing competencies on real visits.

You decide when a new carer is ready to work unsupervised, and you are the person carers call when they need someone alongside them. You will work closely with the office team and raise anything that is not right straight away.

Our Mansfield branch is rated Outstanding by the CQC across all five inspection categories. Teams are small and rounds are local, so you will get to know the carers and the people they visit properly.
