Juice Recruitment is supporting a well-established care provider in Gloucester to recruit a Service Manager. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure delivery of safe, effective care for adults with complex needs.

This is a rewarding leadership role focusing on quality assurance, safeguarding, risk management, and staff development, with collaboration with families, healthcare professionals, and commissioners. Salary £37,000 per annum, full-time.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within health and social care.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a care environment.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Knowledge of risk management and clinical governance principles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex healthcare needs.
• Management qualification (desirable).
• Experience within mental health or dual-diagnosis services would be highly advantageous.
